1 & 2 Thessalonians
1 Paul, and Silvanus, and Timothy, unto the Koinonia of the Thessalonians, which are of Elohim the Father, by The Lord Messiah Yeshua: Grace unto you, and peace from Elohim our Father, by The Lord Messiah Yeshua.
2 We give thanks to Elohim always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers,
3 remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labor of Love, and patience of hope in our Lord Messiah Yeshua, in the sight of Elohim our Father,
4 knowing, brethren beloved, you are the Elect of Elohim.
5 For our gospel came not unto you in word only, but also in power; in the Holy Spirit and in much assurance, as you know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.
6 And you became followers of us, of The Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Spirit,
7 so that you were examples to all that believe in Macedonia and Achaia.
8 For from you, sounded out the word of The Lord not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place, your faith toward Elohim is spread abroad, so that we need not to speak anything.
9 For they themselves show of us what manner of entering in, we had unto you, and how you turned to Elohim, from idols, to serve the living and true Elohim,
10 and to wait for Adonai from Heaven, whom He raised from the dead; Messiah Yeshua, which delivered us from the wrath to come.

1 For yourselves, brethren, you know our entrance in unto you, that it was not in vain.
2 But even after we had suffered before, and were shamefully entreated, as you know at Philippi; we were bold in Adonai our Elohim, to speak unto you the gospel of Elohim with much contention.
3 For our exhortation was not of deceit, nor of uncleanness, nor in guile.
4 but as we were allowed of Elohim to be put in trust with the gospel, even so we speak; not as pleasing men, but Elohim, who tries our hearts.
5 For neither at anytime did we use flattering words, as you know, nor a cloak of covetousness: Elohim has witnessed!
6 Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Messiah Yeshua.
7 But we were gentle among you, even as a nurse cherishes her children.
8 So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have imparted unto you, not the gospel of Elohim only, but also our own souls, because you were dear unto us.
9 For you remember, brethren, our labor and travail; we labored night and day because we would not be chargeable unto any of you, as we preached unto you the gospel of Elohim.
10 You are witnesses, and Elohim also, how devoutly and justly and blamelessly we behaved ourselves among you who believe;
11 as you know how we exhorted and comforted and charged everyone of you, as a father does his children,
12 that you would walk worthy of Elohim, who has called you unto His Kingdom and glory.
13 For this cause also, we thank Elohim without ceasing, because, when you received the word of Elohim that you heard of us, you received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of Elohim, which effectually works also in you that believe.
14 For you, brethren, became followers of the fellowships of Elohim, which in Judea are in Messiah Yeshua. For you also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews,
15 who killed The Lord Messiah Yeshua, as well as their own prophets, and have persecuted us; they please not Elohim, and are contrary to all men.
16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, they fill up their sins always, for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.
17 But we, brethren, being taken from you for a short time, in presence, not in heart, endeavored the more abundantly to see your face with great desire.
18 Therefore, we would have come unto you, even I Paul, once and again, but Satan hindered us.
19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Are not even you in the presence of our Lord Messiah Yeshua, at His coming?
20 For you are our glory and joy.

1 Therefore, when we could no longer forbear, we thought it good to be left at Athens alone,
2 and sent Timothy our brother, and minister of Elohim, and our fellow laborer in the gospel of Messiah Yeshua, to establish you and to comfort you concerning your faith,
3 so that no one should be moved by these afflictions, for you know that we are appointed thereunto.
4 For verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation, even as it came to pass, and you know.
5 For this cause, when I could no longer forbear, I sent to know your faith, lest by some means the tempter had tempted you, and our labor was in vain.
6 But now, when Timothy came from you unto us, he brought us good tidings of your faith and charity, and that you have good remembrance of us always, desiring greatly to see us, as we also to see you.
7 Therefore brethren, we were comforted over you in all our affliction and distress by your faith,
8 for now we live if you stand fast in The Lord.
9 For what thanks can we render to Elohim again for you, for all the joy wherewith we joy for your sake's, before our Adonai Elohim,
10 night and day, praying exceedingly that we might see your face, and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith?
11 Now, Elohim our Father, by our Lord Messiah Yeshua, direct our way unto you.
12 And The Lord make you to increase and abound in Love, one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:
13 To the end He may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before Elohim our Father, at the coming of our Lord Messiah Yeshua with all His Saints.

1 Furthermore then we beseech you, brethren, and exhort you by The Lord Messiah Yeshua, that as you have received of us how you ought to walk and to please Elohim, so you would abound more and more.
2 For you know what commandments we gave you by The Lord Messiah Yeshua.
3 For this is the will of Elohim, even your sanctification; that you should abstain from fornication;
4 that everyone of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honor.
5 Not in the lust of concupiscence, even as the Gentiles that do not know Elohim;
6 that no man go beyond and defraud his brother in any matter, because The Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also have forewarned you and testified.
7 For Elohim has not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
8 He therefore that despises, despises not man, but Elohim, who has also given unto us His Holy Spirit.
9 But as touching brotherly Love, you need not that I write unto you, for you yourselves are taught of Elohim to Love one another.
10 And indeed, you do it toward all the brethren that are in all Macedonia; but we beseech you brethren, that you increase more and more,
11 and that you study to be quiet, and to do your own business and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you.
12 That you may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that you may have lack of nothing.
13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them that are asleep, that you sorrow not, even as others that have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Yeshua died and rose again, even so, them also which sleep in Yeshua, will Elohim bring with Him.
15 For this we say unto you by the word of The Lord, that we that are alive and remain unto the coming of The Lord shall not prevent them that are asleep.
16 For The Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of Elohim, and the dead in Messiah Yeshua shall rise first,
17 then we that are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet The Lord in the air: And so shall we forever be with The Lord!
18 Therefore, comfort one another with these words.

1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I write unto you.
2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of The Lord so comes as a thief in the night.
3 For when they shall say: Peace and safety! Then sudden destruction will come upon them, as travail upon a woman with child, and they shall not escape.
4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5 You are all the children of light, and the children of the day: We are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6 Therefore, let us not sleep as do others, but let us watch and be sober.
7 For they that sleep, sleep in the night, and they that are drunken are drunk in the night.
8 But let us who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and Love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation.
9 For Elohim has not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Messiah Yeshua,
10 who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.
11 Therefore, comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also you do.
12 And we beseech you, brethren, to know them that labor among you, and are over you in The Lord, and admonish you,
13 and to esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves.
14 Now we exhort you brethren; warn them that are unruly; comfort the feeble-minded; support the weak; be patient toward all men.
15 See that none render evil for evil unto anyone, but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and unto all men.
16-17 Rejoice evermore! Pray without ceasing!
18 In everything give thanks, for this is the will of Elohim in Messiah Yeshua concerning you.
19-20 Quench not the Spirit! Despise not prophesying!
21 Prove all things and hold fast that which is good.
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.
23 And the Adonai of peace shall sanctify you wholly. And I pray to Elohim that your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord, Messiah Yeshua.
24-25 Faithful is He that called you, who also will do it. Brethren, pray for us.
26 Greet all the brethren with a holy kiss.
27 I charge you by The Lord, that this epistle is to be read to all the holy brethren.
28 The grace of our Lord, Messiah Yeshua, be with you: Amen!

1 Paul, and Silvanus, and Timothy, unto the Koinonia of the Thessalonians, in Elohim our Father, by The Lord Messiah Yeshua:
2 Grace unto you, and peace, from Elohim our Father, by The Lord Messiah Yeshua.
3 We are bound to thank Elohim always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because your faith that grows exceedingly, and the charity of everyone of you all toward each other abounds,
4 so that we ourselves glory in you in the fellowships of Elohim, for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that you endure.
5 This is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of Elohim; that you may be counted worthy of the Kingdom of YHVH, for which you also suffer.
6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with Elohim to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you,
7 and to you who are troubled, rest with us; when The Lord Yeshua shall be revealed from Heaven with His mighty angels,
8 in flaming fire, taking vengeance on them that know not Elohim, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Messiah Yeshua.
9 They shall be punished with everlasting destruction, from the presence of The Lord, and from the glory of His power,
10 when He shall come to be glorified in His Saints, and to be admired in all them that believe, because our testimony among you was believed in that day.
11 Therefore, we also pray always for you, that Adonai our Elohim, would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness, and the work of faith with power;
12 that the name of our Lord, Messiah Yeshua, may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of Elohim, by The Lord Messiah Yeshua.

1 Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Messiah Yeshua, and by our gathering together unto Him,
2 that you be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Messiah is at hand.
3 Let no man deceive you by any means, for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition,
4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called Holy, or that is worshiped, so that he, as a god, sits in the temple of Elohim, showing himself that he is Elohim!
5 Don't you remember when I was yet with you, that I told you these things?
6 And now you know what is withheld; that he might be revealed in his time.
7 For the mystery of iniquity does already work; only He who now lets will allow it, until he is taken out of the way.
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom The Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming:
9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan, with all power and signs and lying wonders,
10 and with all deceiving and unrighteousness within them that perish, because they received not, the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 So, for this cause, Elohim shall send them strong delusions, that they should believe a lie;
12 that they all might be damned, who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
13 But we are bound to give thanks always unto Elohim for you, brethren beloved of The Lord, because Elohim has from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:
14 Where unto He called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord, Messiah Yeshua.
15 Therefore brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions that you have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.
16 Now our Lord Messiah Yeshua Himself; Elohim our Father, which have Loved us and has given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace:
17 Comfort your hearts, and establish yourself in every good word and work.
1 Finally, brethren, pray for us that the word of The Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:
2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men, for all men have not faith.
3 But The Lord is faithful, who shall establish you and keep you from evil.
4 We have confidence in The Lord touching you, that you both do, and will do, the things which we command you.
5 And The Lord direct your hearts into the Love of Elohim, and into the patient waiting for Messiah Yeshua.
6 Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Messiah Yeshua, that you withdraw yourselves from every brother that walks disorderly, and not after the tradition that he received of us.
7 For you know how you ought to follow us, for we ourselves did not behave disorderly among you,
8 neither did we eat anyone's bread for naught; but wrought with labor and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:
9 Not because we have no rights, but to make ourselves an example unto you to follow us.
10 For even when we were with you, this we commanded you; that if anyone would not work, neither should they eat.
11 For we hear that there are some among you that walk disorderly, not working at all, but are busybodies.
12 Now, them that are such, we command and exhort by our Lord Messiah Yeshua, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.
13 But you, brethren, be not weary in well doing.
14 And if anyone does not obey our word by this epistle, note that man and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.
15 Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.
16 Now The Lord of peace Himself gives you peace always by all means. The Lord is with you all.
17 The salutation of Paul with my own hand, which is the token in every epistle: So I write!
18 The grace of our Lord, Messiah Yeshua, be with you all. Amen!
